She makes presentations and serves on panels on construction litigation issues. She is a past president and former director of the Boston Chapter of The National Association of Women in Construction and has been invited on numerous occasions to speak as a panel member at Build Boston seminars.

Ms. Macero is also an advisor for construction companies on OSHA compliance, bonding, and liquidated damages claims. She also chairs and teaches seminars for MCLE on personal injury and other topics.
